Access for the Disabled

As a purpose built Health Centre we are fully equipped with facilities for the disabled.  Access ramps, double doors and disabled toilet facilities are available.

Primary Care Treatment Centre

South Liverpool NHS Treatment Centre, Garston, you can see an experienced nurse for treatment of minor injuries and illnesses seven days a week, 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday, on weekends and Bank Holidays from 9am to 6pm.  This service is available for persons aged 16 and over.  For children aged under 16 please go to  Smithdown Walk in Centre, Or Old Swan Walk in Centre. 

Patients Aged 75 Years & Over

If you are aged 75 years or over you should be seen by a member of the Practice team; either a doctor or a Practice Nurse annually.  This can be
done at the surgery if you are well enough to attend or if you are house bound a home visit will be arranged.

Non NHS Examinations

Medical examinations for special purposes such as elderly drivers, pre-employment, HGV and PSV drivers, fitness to undertake sports and fitness to travel are not undertaken during surgery times.  As this is a non NHS service a private appointment must be made, a fee will be payable.

Hospital Referral

Please contact the surgery if no communication is received from the hospital regarding a referral within a reasonable period of time.
